The LG7000 laser gas analyzer is mounted in
situ. The main unit consists of a transmitter, a receiver and a power supply
module, while the mounting accessories include calibration tubes, ball valves
and welded flange tubes.
The explosion-proof design of the laser gas
analyzer eliminates the need for a positive pressure purge of the instrument,
increasing its adaptability and providing a complete explosion-proof option for
applications where a positive pressure gas source is not available or where the
pressure of the gas source is unstable. The system is professionally certified
to SIL2 safety integrity level.
